Advanced Volleyball Class for 15/16-Year-Olds

This class is designed for 15 year-old athletes who have prior experience playing volleyball at the club or school level and are already familiar with the fundamentals and structure of advanced volleyball systems. At this level, our primary focus is on refining individual volleyball skills and enhancing team play. Training sessions emphasize advanced techniques, tactical awareness, game strategy, and communication on the court. Players will engage in high-intensity drills, position-specific training, and game-like scenarios to further develop their performance and teamwork. This program is ideal for committed players aiming to elevate their game to the next level.
