Upper-Intermediate Volleyball Class for 13–14-Year-Olds

This class is designed for 13 and 14-year-old players who have a solid foundation in volleyball and are ready to sharpen their skills in a more structured and competitive environment. Participants in this program typically have experience in school teams, club practices, or have completed beginner and intermediate-level training.

The focus of the class is on enhancing core techniques—such as serve-receive, setting, attacking, and blocking—while introducing players to more advanced team strategies, positional play, and transition movements. Athletes will engage in targeted drills, situational play, and controlled scrimmages to improve decision-making, communication, and on-court awareness.

This program bridges the gap between intermediate and advanced play, preparing young athletes for higher-level competition while reinforcing strong fundamentals and teamwork.
